Sir? I'd like you to take the helm, please. I need this man to tear all my clothes off.

I wonder if all the bubblepop talking is gonna hasten the pop?

Still want a house. And really, homes in neighborhoods that I can afford aren't really too bubblicious. More steady, slow rises that aren't going to crash. Well, unless they become crackhoods.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

I heart improv everywhere. This mission pleases me to no end.

That is hysterical! Way cooler than flash mobs.

t edit Flash mob x-post with She Who Is The Nicest.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The NYT implied the same point, with the comment that the ratio of the "cost to buy" to the "cost to rent for one year" (for the same building or apartment) in some areas on the coasts are as bad as the price to earnings ratio of some stocks in the late '90s. (35, IIRC)

I think. If to buy something costs 35 times the cost to rent for a year, that's not very good, is it?

That's one of the weird things about bubbles. It's all group psychology.

eta: Or mob psychology.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Oh, christ, I love the no-pants missions.

Best Gig Ever and Ted's Birthday are also classics.
