Best Gig Ever is a very cool concept.
We did our best to not be too over the top. I was very worried that GOP would think we were making fun of them, which was the last thing we were trying to do. I instructed everyone to just act like GOP was your favorite band, and behave accordingly.
Since we had all downloaded GOP's mp3's from their site, we actually did know all the words to five of their songs. We also knew the names of songs to request. After a few fans frantically called for "Shut-Ins", GOP delivered, playing the tune the very next song.
And apparently the band rose to the occasion and stepped up their energy to meet their new fans enthusiasm.

I think you're OK Anne. A lot of this is investment stuiff, I really don't think that decent residential housing in decent neighborhoods in cities with high housing demand (you're in the DC-Baltimore area, right) are going to stagnate. Some of these half assed converted apartments/condos, (I am thinking in Cambridge and Somerville MA) maybe. I think if you're not in it for the quick buck, you don't have much to lose when and if this bubble burst.
