Hey, preaching to the choir. I thought our Lady of the Perpetual Sea Breeze was the real deal until the Divine Miss J walked right through that door and right into my ass—which is where my heart is…physiologically. I could show you an x-ray.

I wonder how old the satellite maps are.

It's no doubt going to vary based on what is available. Some places probably have better coverage than others. For my neighborhood, it is under 1 year old based on construction, but not in the past 3 months. For the family farm? Uh...probably over 5 years since you don't see the new house. But that's out in the boonies of Minnesota.

Our wings are not tired.

The available zoom varies on the addresses I checked. Mine was fairly close up and recent. Before last year's hurricanes though from the amount of trees in my hood. The pointer is off on mine. [link]

edited to link the playhouse on the other side of the lake, near my house

Looks like there was a concert in Golden Gate Park that day, too.

Coding and Sleeping

First of all, I am totally driving over to Gud's house for a beer now that I know the address.

Cool. Emmett can play in the play yard or use the massive open space to the north. My neighboorhood looks like the boonies compared to everyone else.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

My neighboorhood looks like the boonies compared to everyone else.

My parents' neighborhood is so in the boonies that it doesn't exist for Google.

msbelley belle.

I went tooling around Joshua Tree in the google maps and sadly they don't have the nice high res images for the places I go climbing. But they did have high res for much of the areas we drove through the other weekend while looking at wildflowers.

The desert looks so different from above.
