Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

For those of you keeping score, the Reds scored three runs against Pedro in the 1st, but the Mets managed to tie the game up in the 3rd.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Frances loves watching Sesame Street, so we see it a fair bit. Except for becoming more predictably repetitive, which makes it a bit dull for adults, it seems much the same show as before. There are many new characters, most of whom I don't care about, but my tendency is to chalk that up to the fact that my affection for the show is based on memories and nostalgia. Any character that doesn't ping that button doesn't interest me.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Seven. Seven. Seven. Seven. Let's sing a song of seven. How many is seven?

Oh, another thing about Sesame Street. It occurs to me on rewatch that Ernie may be lovable, but he has an evil streak.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Two and two are four
Four and four are eight
Eight and eight are sixteen
Sixteen and sixteen are thirty-two

Inchworm, inchworm
Measuring the marigolds
You and your arithmetic
You’ll probably go far
Inchworm, inchworm
Measuring the marigolds
Seems to me you’d stop and see
How beautiful they are

Kathy, I associate the Inchworm song with the old Hans Christian Andersen film starring Danny Kaye. I'm pretty sure that's where it comes from. Well, at least for me, in my head, I always hear Danny Kaye singing it.
