Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

That was just an exhibition game, Nutty.

I got nothing good to say about the Royals. I forecast their sucking for some time to come.

The thing the Royals have going for this year is....um....mmm....well, their manager is a pretty positive guy.

I can't even.

The Mets have already won opening day. Didn't they beat the Nats yesterday? Which is like beating up on your kid brother, I realize.

I think that was still Grapefruit.

As for the Blue Jays, well, eventually they'll probably get good. Like, in another year, perhaps.

That would be nice. I think .500 is an achievable goal for them this year, and try to plug in a couple more pieces next year.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

an exhibition game

I see. Not that I will get to see Pedro start today, then, because somehow the schedulers forgot that some fans have to, like, work for a living. The Sox home opener is also on a Monday afternoon, and in cube land, just two doors down from the Big Boss, I can't even do MLBTV online.

.500 is an achievable goal

They were under that last year? Huh. My league awareness has been kinda poor -- the only person I can name on the D-Rays is Carl Crawford. I don't even know who plays for TOR right now. I guess nobody remarkable?

Art Crawl!!!

I'm thinking cage match, greased up

That is so exactly how they should decide who gets to be chief.

Our wings are not tired.

Go Fish! The Marlins should do well enough. I should go see them sometime to be all supportive and stuff.

I won't get to see a lot of Mets games for at least the beginning of the season, because two of the cable companies here in New York are having a feud over how much one charges the other to carry the games.

Also, I agree that the Nationals is a stupid name for a team.

They lost over 700 games to injury last year, thus the poor record. The Jays current stars (with the departure of Carlos Delgado to FLA) are Vernon Wells, the 04 AL gold glove CF and Roy Halliday, the 03 AL Cy Young winner, who struggled with injury last year. I think the Jays will be decent this year if they get enough starts from Halliday and Lilly, but they won't be able to replace Delgado's power with the Koskie and Hillenbrand signings.

Congress should intervene.
