The krav people are going to mock me for not staying to do fight class, which I've been avoiding with the perfectly cromulent "saving myself for instructor training excuse" (to which one instructor replied -- "Women tell me they're saving themselves all the time. I broke down and drank the caffeine. I have to be up at 5:45 for work anyway, so getting up earlier isn't likely to happen. I think I'm just going to have to deal with being short of sleep tomorrow and aim for a nap tomorrow evening.
On the plus side, the caffeine is already helping.
