You know, it's funny. We went to war never looking to come back, but it's the real world I couldn't survive.

Poking head to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Tom Scola's birthday. Happy birthday, Tom! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!

[Edit: and in your birthday honor, a perfect post #: 2*3*1=2+3+1=6]

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Oh ita, we simply must talk before you drop. I'm having t-shirt issues, and security issues, and I think they're solved, but could use advisement.

We're totally using the room I showed you, but I think I have some confusion on some confusing things.

So go to sleep and when you wake up, ice something and have tea and then let's run through stuff, okay?

Because, helllloooo, it's all about me and my needs.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I did, finally. Most of the food was gone at the BBQ (being three hours late'll have that effect), but I finished the mudd pie and scarfed more cake.

Then I made them go out to a restaurant "before" the bar (everyone went home after the restaurant because, tired, test tomorrow, spring forward) and ate Brazilian shrimp (can the wax jokes) and am happy.

I can't believe I have to eat again tomorrow. But mostly I should sleep, because I teach at for two hours before my test, so the day starts at 9:30.

Oh, Allyson! I'm out of the house pretty early (see above), but I should be home by five at the latest. Can we talk then?

Of course. And thanks!

And there was a nice post the other day at the Fuselage where someone was listing what they were looking forward to, and one of the things was saying hello to the hot security team.

Hee!

Phase C instructor test. Which, really, all you need to know is that I'm tired as hell, but almost done. I have ass to kick, and a back not to injure doing so.

April 16th, Nilly. I was out shopping for centerpieces today.

I got big glass bowls, which I'll fill partly with pretty polished colored stones, and then water, and float flower petals on the water and floating candles. We have lots of lighting effects, and I thought the water on the tables would have a cool reflecting effect.
