Is anyone else kind of hoping they televise the whole 'checking the new pope's testicles' thing? Not televise televise, obviously. But think of the ratings!

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

And hiding from the crazy wind outside.

It's redonkulous. I've given up any hope of doing anything but lunch and hiding.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

RIDONKULOUS! Exactly!

I really need to go grocery shopping, but I think I missed the window already. Good thing I still have Easter Candy to eat....

Yep, it's pouring again, and the wind is HOWLING. It's scary out there. I'm hiding in my office.

ETA: And my tag is ridiculously wrong right now.

Art Crawl!!!

It's beautiful here in Illinois -- sunny, bright, relatively warm.

I ran errands, got my haircut, and have now watched a derby prep race.

JOA: I am so very upset with Adam !!! I know he's all confused and upset too -- but yes . . . Mrs. LandinghamGod should be taking Joan home and feeding her stew and home-made apple pie with French vanilla ice-cream.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I disagree with some significant parts of what the Pope taught, to the point of feeling almost personally oppressed -- BUT I also agree 100% with other things he taught, particularly his advocacy for peace. Right now, when peace seems impossible to achieve almost everywhere -- in the Middle East, between the US and other countries, and even between Americans -- a bright light has gone out.

May eternal light shine upon him.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

It's gorgeous here in LA. Too bad I'm spending the day grading.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Lazy rainy day.

I finished knitting the back of my first sweater. There is a tiny mistake, but I am ok with that.

I cannot believe there is only one more day to my spring break. Now I am having lazy pants remorse for not getting more stuff around the house done. Perhaps if I do a couple of things tonight or tomorrow.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Such a beautiful day here. I climbed, and had yummy lunch and beer in a lovely garden with jasmine blooming everywhere, and bought stuff at the garden supply store. Now I have planted two calla lilies, mowed the lawn, trimmed the jade tree, and put in a trellis for my bougainvillea.

I know I need to do my taxes, but I feel so lazy. Can't I just hang about? Won't the taxes do themselves?
