Double post to see my name a lot:
"I think a lot of the reason Michael is doing this is because of vindictiveness and maybe anger toward my family for whatever reason," said Terri Schiavo's brother, Bobby Schindler. "It doesn't make any sense to me why he's doing this."
Umm...really? You don't understand why he'd feel a little vindictive to your family? REALLY?? After accusing him of abusing her, after treating him like he didn't matter for all these years? Eff you, Bobby.
VM is in the 9 pm slot, opposite House and the others.
Huh. I guess they can both lose in the slot, oddly.
Deal done, offer accepted. Last day on the phones: a week from tomorrow.
Start new job: April 11.
NO MORE PHONES.
Yay. Happy Birthday to me (well, tomorrow).
The thing is, this is an ugly, ugly custody fight in which people say hateful things about each other in public.
Why, why, why are we making it our business to listen? This sort of thing happens everyfrickingday.
Yay, Alex! Good jobs rule.
Way to go StuntHusband! Hurray!
Why, why, why are we making it our business to listen?
I've been trying not to. It hasn't been easy in this case.
I think that's why I am so bothered. The attorney for the Schindlers said something today about how "the nation is mourning". No, not really. A lot of the nation is sad she's dead but fucking relieved it's done and over with so we can get some real news.
Why, why, why are we making it our business to listen? This sort of thing happens everyfrickingday.
This. This is my feeling exactly. I, personally, have no place in this debate, and neither does most of the American public, nor its legislature.
Huh. Odd double-post.
I will add that the first floor of our building has a HUGE screen with FOX news on it most of the time, and it's been impossible to avoid. It's also been impossible for me to mutter "shut the fuck UP, already" as I go past it every.single.day.
