GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Cool FX, but c'mon... "I've always been standing in your doorway" is so very mockable.

One mockable line does not a bad movie make. I'm not saying it didn't have its flaws, but it's still a good flick. Plus, Spidey.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Maybe you can explain to me what happened in the movie, then. Pete starts out unable to balance school, money, and saving the world. At the end, he adds a girl to the heavy load, and it's a happy ending? How?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

because sex with Mary Jane takes the edge of any time and money management problems.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

If MJ is into bondage this relationship is going to be outstanding.

also, am I misremembering? She knows who he is now?

Because if that's true, then I think that would help a lot, mentally.

She does know. But it doesn't help him be less exhausted, do better in school, or have more money.

but he's got someone to share the burden with. That's huge!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Don't mean to be schmoopy, but for me, having the BF around makes crappy stuff less crappy. Not only someone to share with, but Teh Sex and Teh funniness and knowing he has my back.
