Spike: You pissed in the Big Man's Chair? That's fantastic! Gunn: Spike, can you please turn off that warm fuzzy? Spike: What, the Lorne thing? Worn off. I just think that's bloody fabulous.

OK, in what ways does a trash talkin' penguin's wave different than a regular penguin wave?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

A couple of days ago I was riding the subway, and someone coughed directly on me. And now I'm sick again, for at least the fourth time in the past six months. Crap.

Up with the sun

Did anyone hear that the 11th circuit court has agreed to re-hear the Schindler's appeal?

It makes me kind of want to shake the judges, honestly. Yes, I know, due process, rule of law, etc., but ... if they reconnect the tube during the hearing, and then the judges decide the same thing every other court has decided, and they have to take Terri off the tube again, and then the whole circus starts up again .... it just seems to me like that will be infinitely harder on the family. (And on Terri, as much as she can process her situation.) At this point, going for further hearings is just cruel. The parents need to let her go.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

OK, in what ways does a trash talkin' penguin's wave different than a regular penguin wave?

The wave is the same, except its expression is, "OK, normally I'm too cool to wave, but for Nilly I'll make an exception."

Plus the penguin is wearing sunglasses.

Tom (Scola), I hope you feel better soon, and for a long time.

Plus the penguin is wearing sunglasses.

Love the image.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The wave is the same, except its expression is, "OK, normally I'm too cool to wave, but for Nilly I'll make an exception."

Plus the penguin is wearing sunglasses

I have a perfect picture of this in my head. In my vision, the penguin is a chinstrap.

What is even happening?

At this point, going for further hearings is just cruel. The parents need to let her go.
Even though I tend to side with the Schindlers, I can't understand how she could come back from this long without nutrition and hydration. Surely, her organs must be suffering at this point, right?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Do I want this

Yes, yes, you do. My mom bought an early birthday present for the BF--a metal table and chairs for our patio/yard. They are gorgeous, and now we can eat outside. Yay, Mom!

Scola, you cute thing, wishing health to you, inside and out.
