At this point, going for further hearings is just cruel. The parents need to let her go.Even though I tend to side with the Schindlers, I can't understand how she could come back from this long without nutrition and hydration. Surely, her organs must be suffering at this point, right?

Actually, they are allowing the Schindlers to file a petition to request a rehearing of the appeal. They have not agreed to re-hear the case.
