Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I read that the parents recently invited him.

Or maybe he got a mailing?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

M&M's characters go to the 'dark side'

[photo caption] "M-Vader" is joined by "Star Wars" characters Darth Vader and C-3PO as the new M&M's are unveiled in New York Tuesday.

M&M's have gone to the "dark side." For the first time in the company's 64-year history, M&M's Brand Candies is introducing a dark chocolate version of its famous candy — and just in time for the release of "Star Wars: Episode III, Revenge of the Sith," the sixth and final episode of the Star Wars saga.

Which is cooler - this, or Darth Tater?

eta: The Boba Fett M&M is sooo cuuuuute!

M-Vader is cooler - he's edible

I prefer my evil to taste good, personally.

Oh, and has anyone else seen the Revenge of the Sith trailer translated into l33t?

I'd agree with you, except evil should not melt if left on the car seat on a hot summer day.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Hivemind question - can you get Lyme disease from non-deer ticks?

It has to be the genus Ixodes tick, the adult forms of which usually feed on white-tailed deer, thus it is called "deer-tick". But Ixodes ticks can also feed on a variety of other animals. During the larval and nymph stages (which is when it is infected with the Lyme agent and can transmit the disease to people), its preferred feeding victims are white-footed mice, birds, voles, with human, cats and dogs often as accidental hosts. The adult ticks prefer feeding on deer (which is not a part of the Lyme agent's life cycle), but also can feed on bears, racoons, etc.

Pshaw! If your M-vaders are melting, you're simply not eating fast enough! Where's the Homer nummy-noise? No nummy-noise? Then increase ingestion velocity!

Methinks I have already overindulged, and the work-day has yet to start.

If I only had a brain...

Yup. You should see the writers' guidelines; they're hilarious.
