Gwen: Demon, OK? The whole nine—cloven feet and horns and teeth. He wasn't wearing lamé though. Lorne: Yeah, the evil ones can't pull it off. It gets camp.

Hi, ChiKat! t Kermit-waves wildly

I always got the impression from her that she viewed males as being more boy-toys than seduction targets--she saved that for her female prey.

"When I look at people that I would like to feel have been a mentor or an inspiring kind of archetype of what I'd love to see my career eventually be mentioned as a footnote for in the same paragraph, it would be, like, Bowie." ~Trent Reznor

On the other hand, watching the other characters' reaction to New!Improved!Dax was fun for the writers and viewers.
I liked it because it satisfied my series-long craving for Dax/Bashir 'shippage, which I'd lost all hope for until Ezri. Jadzia/Worf never did it for me.

Also, Dax fully had a smooch with a girl. Don't remember if it was another Trill, but it was definitely a case of lover-from-a-previous-life one way or the other. The shows-about-television at the time were all comparing it to the first interracial kiss on the original Trek, because that's the sort of thing they say.

I too have crumpet love, and now a crumpet craving.

and I love movies too! (makes this post relevant)

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

::Kermit-waves back!

Hi, Kathy!!

Also, Dax fully had a smooch with a girl. Don't remember if it was another Trill

Oh that's right! It was another Trill. The blonde woman.

Jadzia/Worf never did it for me

It did for me. Oh, my yes.

And poor Julian, having to constantly patch up Jadzia, knowing it was sex with Worf that had put her on his table. That's practically waving it in his face....

Thrive to spite them

Also, Dax fully had a smooch with a girl. Don't remember if it was another Trill

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I think Freddy Quimby should walk out of here a free hotel

The little DS9 I saw I liked well enough but it had the worst series finale I have ever come across. And I'm familiar enough with the final scene of California Dreams to recite the lines in accordance with the actor's rhythms.

Trailer for Poseidon

The recent TV one was pretty much crap, but this looks like it could be fun.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I thought Terry Farrell (that's Jadzia's real name, right?) was bananas to try and up her contract since she was playing a character that was COMPLETELY recastable. And if they'd never switched hosts it would have been like the unfired gun on a stage -- just unforgivable.

Jadzia/Worf never did it for me

It annoyed me. Back in the day Worf was all "we're mated for life now" with the half-klingon chick and now he was all casual sex Worf.
