What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I was reading Gotham Central before I stopped reading comics, it was interesting and I liked the storylines but hated the artwork. I couldn't keep track of the characters visually so I gave that up.

I had that problem too, askye. I heard it was good, but I flipped through it and really didn't like the art style. I'm not a huge fan of the art style of 100 Bullets either, really, but I'm too invested in it to quit, although I've been losing interest lately. And by "losing interest" I mean "I can't tell what the fuck is going on." There've been good points, though.

Art Crawl!!!

askye, I think that at least 1 War Games tpb is out now.

And of course, many of the Bats titles are dealing with post-War Games stuff.

Thrive to spite them

I had trouble getting the issues of War Games.

I picked up Hush 2 at Borders, not realizing I already had it, maybe I'll take that back and exchange it for War Games.

Hey. New board.

Huh. Do you spose the studio is expecting a low opening box office for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory due to the next HP book being released? Seems like a direct conflict for much of the possible Saturday audience...

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Well, I'm sure most people will pick up the Potter book, then travel back in time to catch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Hey. New board.

I mean, me, I'm considering going to a 7 showing of charlie, and then going across the street to the barnes and noble for the midnight party. but I'm not sure everybody is as obsessed with both, and I bet bunches of folks will be reading the book that saturday who would normally be locks for a Charlie showing.

"When I look at people that I would like to feel have been a mentor or an inspiring kind of archetype of what I'd love to see my career eventually be mentioned as a footnote for in the same paragraph, it would be, like, Bowie." ~Trent Reznor

Anyone else agog for the Kong? 'coz there's I've got ten bucks that says I am.

There were DINOSAURS!! Mayhap they will EAT PEOPLE!!!

Although to be honest, some of the CGI looked...not good. Some did, though. I am not agog, but I am interested, cause, you know, giant ape and other beasties. Looks fun.
