I do recall having an extended debate, during the recent airing of
G. I. Jane,
about whether breast implants would explode if one jumped out of an airplane at high enough altitude. With recourse to the internet, we discovered this was merely an urban legend.
Discussion then moved on to whether breast implants would improve one's chances of surviving being shot in the chest, or make them worse.
Breast implants would, however, solve the problem of not having enough bobtacular support while fighting/running/flying one's glamorously invisible airplane.

Oh, I'll be happy with the fraught. I just think that unlike the previous two Batmans (Batmen?), Bale could actually make Schumaker-style campiness good. I'm not looking for King Tut to be the next big villain, though.
