No studying? Damn! Next thing they'll tell me is I'll have to eat jelly doughnuts or sleep with a supermodel to get things done around here. I ask you, how much can one man give?

Compassionately intolerant

I came out Meg Ryan on the Actor's Studio quiz.

That's me. Plucky.

Pluck, pluck, pluck. I got me plenty o pluck.

Plus...I'm short.

And people have always wanted to have what I'm having.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Anyone else seen Steamboy yet? I saw it yesterday and liked it a lot. The story wasn't as well told as it could have been, but I loved the mechanics of all the different steam-driven gadgets, and the fact that there were at least three different sides to the "what is science for/how should it be used?" debate, and none of them were presented as being 100% right. And, of course, the visuals were just stunning.

Lurching from one disaster to the next.

Going back to the Wonder Woman casting discussion for a moment. Did anyone mention Peta Wilson's name?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

She's too old. I also think her physical type is wrong, but she's definitely too old.

To play someone in their 20s, yeah.
