Angel: If I'm not back in a couple of hours— Gunn: You're dead, we're screwed, end of the world.

'Underneath'

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

God DAMN, I love "Origin."

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

His reaction to "short bus bastards" should be amusing.

I still love "I'm going to rip you a new puppet hole!"

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

"I do not have puppet cancer!"

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

"I'm made of felt... And my nose comes off."

"Nina . . . tried to eat me . . ."

"My nose comes off" is such a sad moment.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Why is there not a full-length version of the "Self-Esteem" song available, that's what I want to know.

Oh, I love Smile Time, and You're Welcome, and especially Origin. Heck, I even enjoy a few things about Why We Fight. Origin gets extra points for actually making a small bit of sense as well. I just thought "a good run" seemed like an overstatement for "two good episodes in a row!"

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I just thought "a good run" seemed like an overstatement for "two good episodes in a row!"

Then let's say the good run goes from: "You're Welcome," to "Why We Fight" (thought it's a weak link for me), "Smile Time," "Hole in the World," "Shells," "Underneath" and "Origin."

During which time we get: Cordy's capper, wee puppet man, Fred's death, Illyria's rise, Wes once again having a woman cosplay as Fred, Lindsay and Gunn cutting their hearts out in Suburbia and reconstituted Connor.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I agree with Hec, that is a good run.
