Well, there's the big "This Year's Girl"/"Who Are You"/"Five by Five"/"Sanctuary"/"The Yoko Factor" crossover, which you're just about to hit, so, er, better catch up on
Angel.
(There is an episode of each in between "Five by Five" and "Sanctuary," though.)
And then there's "Fool for Love"/"Darla," which really work as a duo.
There's, like, a mini-crossover that doesn't actually involve any actual crossover for "Carpe Noctem"/"Flooded"/"Fredless"/"Life Serial" that's basically just Angel and Buffy communicating and meeting offscreen, so that probably isn't a huge deal.
"Lies My Parents Told Me" should be watched before "Orpheus."
"Home" should be watched before "End of Days."
Once the shows were on different networks, the airing got out of sync, so it's not that you have to watch one episode before another in sequence; sometimes you have you have to watch episode 17 of one before episode 15 of the other.
The only real x-overs during the last season of Buffy/Fourth season of Angel ares when Willow goes to LA in memfault / comes back with Faith in "Dirty Girls", and Angel's brief visit to Sunnydale (can't remember if it was "Chosen" or the one before that).
The one before that. After traveling to Sunnydale to help prevent the Apocalypse, it was decided that he'd better go back to his own network Los Angeles and wait for signs that Evil had already killed Buffy and all her friends before intervening.

love it.
if someone can remember, would you please link me to his reaction to "Doublemeat Palace?"
Please?
I need to read that badly.
I still love OMWF(although not that much. I don't love ANYTHING, or indeed, *anyone* quite that much) but I have to admit I've turned against SMG's singing more than a little. She really isn't that good at it(nor did she think she had to be, I know that)
But still.
She really isn't that good at it(nor did she think she had to be, I know that) But still.
She thought she had to be. She's a NYC kid who grew up going to Broadway musicals. So she didn't want to sing the part because she knew she didn't have the voice for it. But then she realized some singer was going to be doing all these important, crucial scenes for Buffy and she decided to sack up and do the best she could because that was her character.
I'm sure the Autotune helped her gain confidence.
I'm sure the Autotune helped her gain confidence.
Well, AH had that option and still wouldn't sing.
So I give SMG props for doing her best by her character, and delivering an excellent performance with what she herself would acknowledge is a limited instrument.
Alyson did say afterward that she wished she'd sung more once she heard how SMG's performances were changed in post-production.
