She's not just a blob of energy, she's also a 14-year-old hormone bomb.

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Blood!fist Fred is unsurprisingly my favourite vintage of Burkle.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Hey, didn't Fred send her old professor through a portal to Pylea in revenge? As in, ethically-dubious, forget being the better person I'm going to get my revenge?

I thought maybe Gunn killed the professor, or the professor somehow died before he could be sent through the portal as revenge. But that was Fred's intention, yes.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Gunn breaks his neck before that could happen, which is why they broke up.

Corpse went through in the end, though.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Oh that's right. Wasn't it because he didn't want Fred to have killed someone? Pfft, whatever.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Cordy/Connor didn't bother me because the show acknowledged the wrongness and was all OH YEAH I'M MAKING YOU WATCH THIS, MWAHAHAHAHA.

Cordy/Angel, I got the impression we were supposed to think that was a good idea, and, no. Sorry, no.

(And okay, I loved every second of Connor onscreen. I've forgiven Pete Campbell for so many things because of Connor, you don't even know.)

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Cordy/Connor derailed the impending Cody/Angel express, so I was more than happy to climb aboard.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

UGH, Angel/Cordy. Worst ship ever.

While I dry-heaved at Cordy/Connor, I actually enjoyed Connor quite a bit and loved the complexity of his relationship with Angel. "Home" and "Origin" were two of my all time favourite Angel episodes. That last line of Connor's in "Origin" -- oh, man. "You got to do what you have to, to protect your family. I learned that from my father."

I did not care for Fred/Gunn or Fred/Wesley, then Fred died horrifyingly and presto! I was ALL OVER Wes/Ilyria like white on rice. I do love them dysfunctional, yes.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Wes and Lilah for the win. Speaking of dysfunctional . . .

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I liked Fred/Gunn, and pancake kisses didn't bother me even though I really think it should have been Gunn/Cordy. I loved the whole Pylea arc too.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Hey, didn't Fred send her old professor through a portal to Pylea in revenge? As in, ethically-dubious, forget being the better person I'm going to get my revenge? Because if I'm remembering that correctly, then THAT was my favorite thing about Fred.

She really was going to do that. I liked that about her. I mean, bad moral decision but whatevs it was fabulous for her character.

I do love them dysfunctional, yes.

Wes/Bad Idea, yes. Wes and Lilah, Wes and Ilyria, Wes and Torture...

The ep where Angel rescues Billy from the hellfire prison was available OnDemand and I recently watched it. I do love Lilah. And totally loved early Skip. Bonus, hey, I forgot that Kal Penn was in an ep as well.
