Xander: Just once I'd like to run into a cult of bunny worshippers. Anya: Great. Thank you very much for those nightmares.

'Sleeper'

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

Sci-fi really needs to stay away from those insect themed movies!

At least they've moved on from reptiles.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

MANSQUITO!! Mr H and I laugh and laugh when that promo comes on. We make other people watch it too if it's on something we've tivoed. They do not laugh and laugh. They try to leave very quickly.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Heh, you missed the Mansquito watch and post over in Boxed Set.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Sigh. Just watched "City Of". I miss being excited about television.

Me, too. I want new Angel episodes. I think having new Angel episodes would vastly improve my mental outlook right now.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

TNT is showing Angel in the mornings, and they're just about halfway through S1. It's lovely. (The evening airings, OTOH, are in the middle of the beginning of S5, which means the only one I haven't deleted as soon as it aired was The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco. But it's nice having them offset like that because it means I'll almost always have something good to watch before I go to work. Nevermind that I could just as easily pop in a DVD -- there's something about it being on TV that's special.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

When lori and I went to see the Paley screening of Veronica Mars, they softened us up with a bit from the Welcome To The Hellmouth.

God, I felt irrationally possessive and nostalgic. My baby show! With chibiBuffy and the Scoobs! Jesse's not dead! Hell, neither is Cordy!

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Xander still had both eyes, and hadn't begun dating demons, and Willow hadn't yet tried to end the world.

And Buffy hadn't even died *once* yet!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

And Joyce was still alive, and only had one daughter, and Giles was still wearing tweed.

And Principal Flutie was still uneaten.
