Reading the comments of Mark Watches/(Reads) makes me feel like I'm reading Klingon because of all the rot13 used for spoilers. (And in my head, I hear the Klingon as if it were being read aloud by Kelsey Grammer.)

It just moves each letter 13 spaces up. A becomes N, B becomes O, and so on. With LeetKey, you can create a keyboard shortcut to decode highlighted text, and there are various javascripts that will decode with more clicking.

Letters are rotated 13 characters.
It was used on Usenet to discuss spoilers or other topics not everyone wanted to see.
