Also I'd forgotten about the loan shark in "Tabula Rasa" being an actual shark-man.

We probably need a list of special effects and monster costumes that desperately failed entirely due to conception and/or budget.

I loved the loan shark shark! The extreme literalism makes me laugh and laugh.
