Also I'd forgotten about the loan shark in "Tabula Rasa" being an actual shark-man.
We probably need a list of special effects and monster costumes that desperately failed entirely due to conception and/or budget.
I remember a fair number of demons with horns that wobbled, and giant snakes in cheesy CGI.
Of course, actually getting to see the Slime Demon with his neat I'm-going-on-a-date suit and antlers was fun.
