Don't worry, I'm not gonna start any sword fights. I'm over that phase.

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Ann, that's a ferret.

But what about everyone else? I never saw it as a bad thing until she framed it that way, but it's true that little baseball girl didn't get to choose to have superpowers, she had them thrust upon her.

But baseball girl still has a choice Buffy never had. Buffy was The Slayer, which meant she was forced to Slay. But baseball girl is one of many. At the very least, she can choose to use her powers in other ways.

Not unlike how Vengeance Demons could choose to specialize in wronged lovers, neglected children, or some other category.

Art Crawl!!!

Hey, being curious as to what Christina Hendricks was in prior to Firefly - I IMDBed her and she was in an episode of Angel.

She played a barmaid in "The Prodigal."

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm recasting Eve as Christina Hendricks in my head now. Much better.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Morena Baccarin was originally supposed to play Eve. However, FOX would not allow it due to her involvement in another television show at the time.

This surprises me, since I figured Eve was always supposed to be a blonde.

Funny thing is that if I'd seen Morena, I would have thought Lillith, not Eve. although maybe that's Frazier related.

I still think if they couldn't get (or didn't want) Stephanie Romanov back as Lilah, they should have cast Diana Muldaur as a postmortem Rosalind Shays in similar circumstances.

Of course, I'm the one who's always going back to re-work season 5 in my head so that Riley turns out to be the Glory host, and not Ben.

I was watching when Roslind Shays "took her plunge". It was totally random, I was in the TV room at the dorm, which I never went to and suddenly, BAM! She was out!

Wait.... are you saying Ben is Glory?
