It's actually been a really hard year, when you stop and do the math. Eliot would cry, too, if it didn't take him seventy minutes of therapy, two cocktails, and a Sondheim medley before he can experience a human emotion through the haze of his PTSD.

Already? Tim and I are slacking. I have an apple crisp in the oven, but I still have to shower and talk to various family members on the phone. hopefully we'll have time to watch it before we leave.

I am so tempted to put it on. I subject my mom to it every Thanksgiving. It might be one of the only Buffy eps she's ever really watched. And she's seen it a LOT.
