Anya Christina Emmanuella Jenkins. Twenty years old. Born on the fourth of July — and don't think there weren't jokes about that my whole life, mister, 'cause there were. 'Who's our little patriot?' they'd say, when I was younger and therefore smaller and shorter than I am now.

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

"Fashion"? I once bought a leopard cowboy hat for a friend on Music Row. *Leopard*. Buffy would have a blast, once she got into it. She's survived Death twice; she can surely surrender joyously to purple cowboy boots and Bedazzled jeans, knowing that she'll come back stronger and with better clothes.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

It's under the Engineering building at Vanderbilt.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

You get there through the steam tunnels.

See, right here: Leopard cowboy hat. Totally not making it up.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I've decided to go back and rewatch seasons 4, 5, 6 and 7. On rewatch, they hold up better than I thought.

The Gentlemen remain the scariest villains of the Buffyverse.

God help me, I still like Spike.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I've decided to go back and rewatch seasons 4, 5, 6 and 7. On rewatch, they hold up better than I thought.

I've found that even seasons I didn't like as much at first work better when I can go from ep to ep without continual hiatuses intruding. Season 7 especially. Because there's less of a feeling that nothing happened and now I have to wait weeks for nothing more to really happen.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I don't know if it's time or my own emotional place that makes it all seem much more cohesive. Hindsight improves a lot of the parts I didn't care for.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I don't think I'll ever know, as I can only work up the motivation to rewatch "Conversations with Dead People" and "Chosen" out of that season.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Season 5 will never ever work for me, but there are some great high points in the others. I did not hate 7.
