The girl's not playing with a full deck, Giles. She has almost no deck. She has a three.

Buffy ,'Same Time, Same Place'

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Loved Connor.

That's why I love Origin so much. (Actually, it wasn't until Origin that I realized how good of an actor VK really is.)

And, okay, I also love Origin for Wesley fucking up in an epic way, AGAIN. But mostly for the Connor-ness and the related Angel-dad-ness.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

AtS S4 just might be my favorite season of television in the whole wide world, but I acknowledge fully my swooning irrational fangirlishness on this matter.

MAH SISTER!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

AtS S2 is pretty much my favourite TV season, although the fragments of Profit and Firefly give it some competition. If there wasn't any Pylea, it would win hands down.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Including Pylea? Because when I rewatch S2, I have to stop there.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I love Angel S4 a whole bunch as well. And "Origin."

I think I liked "Not Fade Away" more than "Chosen," too.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

I didn't hate Pylea, though it wasn't a high point of S2.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I might have liked Pylea more in a different season. I thought it absolutely didn't belong with the rest of S2.

All is well that ends in pizza.

One of the things that got me in The Gift was Spike breaking down in the background at the end. That plus the actors in the foreground sold the moment.
