All right, yes, date and shop and hang out and go to school and save the world from unspeakable demons. You know, I wanna do girlie stuff!

Buffy ,'Same Time, Same Place'

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

tiggy, hilariously the latest Buffy movie gossip said she would be a Slayer with a baby.

saw that and cringed, Kevin. (note to tv writers/producers everywhere: not every woman wants children.)

Yeah, but Buffy indicated on a couple of occasions that she did, no? That she wanted the normal life with kids, etc? I think it would be interesting.

What is even happening?

I just saw that online, now. I should have checked here, first. Happy Baby, Buffy.

Oh honey, the mentally unwell people have been in the fanbase since Game Changers was Stucky fanfiction on the internet. The calls have been coming from inside the house the whole time!

I didn't get the sense that Buffy necessarily wanted kids, but the fact that she (theoretically, given Connor) wouldn't have the option with her vampire boyfriends was a stumbling block and reminder of the un-normalness of her life.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Plus, she seemed pretty pole-axed finding out Principal Wood's mom was a slayer. I don't think she even considered a slayer might live long enough to be a mother.

I think seeing Buffy as a mom would be really interesting. That said, starring in a movie while pregnant seems like about the 6th circle of hell to me. Of course, starring in a movie even when not pregnant doesn't sound that great to me, which is one of many, many reasons that I'm not a movie star.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

If there is a movie, seriously doubt it will happen during this pregnancy. Unless I'm mistaken, not yet either a deal or a script. To get from that to actually shooting scenes would take more than nine months, even if a deal were inked tomorrow. Am I underestimating how fast Hollywood moves?

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

No. I mean, TV could work that fast, but movies could take years, right?

Yeah, it didn't seem like it would happen, but I was just going off on a tangent. I know that's not common here, but, well...

I'm sorry, but I just couldn't finish that sentence. I couldn't do it.
