I hope it makes sense in context.
uh, keep hope alive?
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
I hope it makes sense in context.
uh, keep hope alive?
Yeah, at the end there, I mean, it was funny WRT the T1 line, but also icky as they were leaning in - I don't expect it to end in smoochies, though. Just the fact that he moved with her when she was evicted, or that she didn't stop him... yeah, no. But, then again, the gating off of the kids is so extreme. It's just all so very over-the-top that I'm not really bothered by it. Plus, have never been stalked or had kids, so those two lines in the story don't ping me hard personally. The burnt tater-tots on the other hand? Tragic.
Creepy though he is, I find his "Kinko-ed," "Obvioused," etc. funny. Though that might be just about (over)running its course.
her relationship to super-stalker who has moved in really creeps me out. Does anyone feel the same way?
Well, I don't think it's supposed to not creep you out. The show has a rather dark sense of humor. I mean, Zaboo tried to hang himself with an Ethernet cord.
I hope it makes sense in context.
Codex is a pushover? I think there is some explanation for the living situation, actually.
well, yes - he did try to hang himself, and I know the show is dark, but for someone reason that whole situation has my "personal space" issues just freaked out.
I just can't believe she puts up with it.
It's both creeping me out and cracking me up. I mean, he did totally start with the sexy, sexy dirty talk there in ways that worked for me.
...
It is possible that I'm alone with that?
It's both creeping me out and cracking me up
exactly
Uh, since when did Whedon want Brendan in the role of Mal Reynolds? I hadn't any idea!
Nick talked about it at a convention in Australia last year. It starts at about 40:25 on this podcast.
Just finished episode 2.1 of The Guild. Yes, very creepy. I was glad to see the kids have a dad and watching them tear apart their mom's set-up made me quite happy.
soMeone said that it was on MSN, not you tube?
Yeah, they got an exclusive deal with them and Xbox Live.
