Maybe Willow took her home to tinker with.
Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
Maybe Willow took her home to tinker with.
Eeek. *There's* a visual!
And by "tinker," I mean...
My uncle, who never watched Buffy and hardly watches TV was flipping channels shortly after my grandma's death and came across The Body. He sat down and watched it, and thought it was really brilliant and cathartic, even though he hardly watches TV, and probably will never watch any more Buffy.
I remember (and I was unspoiled for everything Buffy, except for the great Torex B. (I think) spoiler that was accidentally spoiled) and both Joyce's and Buffy's death's gutted me for days. I feel a little silly, because there is no show now that I take such care to remain unspoiled for, or that I would actually morn the loss of characters, even though there is plenty of TV that I really a) like, b) enjoy, or even if I don't "enjoy" it, think is brilliant and has important things to say (like Mad Men))
I have vivid memories of all the hubbub surrounding that spoiler, but I can never for the life of me remember what the spoiler actually was.
Yeah, I was totally spoiler-phobic back in the day but I've pretty much dropped caring about it. I don't go looking for them but I don't really care if I stumble upon them (mostly by way of forgetting not to read the whitefont, really.)
the great Torex B. (I think) spoiler that was accidentally spoiled
Which one was that?
I was the world's biggest spoiler 'ho back in the BtVS/AtS days, but I don't really have a show anymore that has (1) the necessary arc/plottiness that makes spoilers worth caring about and (2) an online community of spoiler 'hos to share with.
I miss spoilers.
I am embarrassed to admit that, like Brenda, I remember the hub bub, the new thread, etc, but I don't remember the spoiler. I think it might have been that Buffy was alive? Or that Spike was getting a soul?

I occasionally look for LOST spoilers, but that's mostly because I have this misguided hope that the spoilers will help me make sense of what's recently aired.
I do remember getting accidentally spoiled by imdb about Warren's death (the actor was listed with an end date), and David very nicely lying to me and saying it must just be a mistake!
