I am LOVING this show! Who knew that watching Andrew and Riley fight over Anne could be this entertaining?

About that make your voice sound on key thing a ma jij-

you have to have a pretty voice to start with, right. That is, if you sing on key but the tone of your voice is not the best, it won't really help?

Is it just me or one of Penny's dresses in act 2 looks like Snow White's dress?

Also, I enjoyed act 2 more than act 1. And also listened to it on repeat for the better part of the morning.

Hey, when's the soundtrack will be released (there will be one, right?)? Because apparently I can't sing 2 voices at the same time. Not fair.

I've got another thoughts, but I have to work...

I liked Act II better than Act I. So. Much. Fun. He sporked himself!

Suddenly, I can't wait for the DVD. From the Master Plan:

Remember when Cindy posted Jeff Pruitt's allegory about the kingdom and the knight? I wonder if Joss had that in mind when he was writing his Master Plan for this series:

Once upon a time, all the writers in the forest got very mad with the Forest Kings and declared a work-stoppage. The forest creatures were all sad; the mushrooms did not dance, the elderberries gave no juice for the festival wines, and the Teamsters were kinda pissed. (They were very polite about it, though.) During this work-stoppage, many writers tried to form partnerships for outside funding to create new work that circumvented the Forest King system.

Frustrated with the lack of movement on that front, I finally decided to do something very ambitious, very exciting, very mid-life-crisisy. Aided only by everyone I had worked with, was related to or had ever met, I single-handedly created this unique little epic. A supervillain musical, of which, as we all know, there are far too few.

We're like, we're going to make more fun of the idea of extras than anything else."

I am all over sparkly pink hearts for this show! And I kind of want to claim "hand her the keys to a shiny new Australia" as my tagline.
