I tried watching but it's too choppy and it's not up on itunes just yet.
Willow ,'Showtime'
Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
I loved " See you at the aftermath! Peace. " And the last number of course. Are the songs going to be available on iTunes?
and the peace sign wasn't very American
ok,one of the Toy Soldiers just dissed Joss ( ok he said the writing was bad-- same thing)
Ahahaha! Oh, man. That was awesome. I loved Act II even better than Act I. The opening duet was FANTASTIC. I'm all emotionally invested now and stuff.
I almost swallowed my tongue laughing at "the hammer is my penis."
okay, so when can we start using quotes as taglines? I don't want to spoil anyone, so I hereby claim See you at the aftermath. Peace because I love it so. I expect ND or MM to claim vonnie's favorite.
I'd say Sunday --
but it is bedtime for me
I think my favorite line was "hand her the keys to a shiny new Australia." Because WTF HA HA HA HA.
There were other favorite lines.
The opening duet was FANTASTIC. I'm all emotionally invested now and stuff.
I know! I wish this were a real show. It's so fun!
I didn't love the first part. Hammer perfunctorily knocking her into the garbage while "saving" her was funny, as was Horrible's line commenting on it. But the rest really felt like half an episode. Introducing a character in the last five minutes? It didn't arc right. If it were a series, I'd just say "good, the pilot and all the introductions are out of the way, now let's see what it's really gonna be like," but it's just three parts.
I didn't enjoy any of the songs except for the singing telegram , which was super. Maybe if I were a musical connoisseur I'd be all, "Wow, look how he bent down to that minor key," but I wasn't nearly tempted to sing along like with the Buffy musical.
I do like Felicia Day, wouldn't even have recognized her if someone hadn't linked me to The Guild just this month. The best episode of that that I saw (#5) was a lot funnier and in some ways more Jossy than this Dr. Horrible thing.

Dibs on "the hammer is my penis"!
