It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

For me it was Willow's

"I need to sit down."

Buffy: You are sitting down.

Willow: Oh. Go me!

I don't know why, but the construction just grabbed me and never let go.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I can't pin it down to one certain thing. I half-watched for a long time and then after a few eps, I was stuck. And I wasn't working at the Gap anymore, so I was home on Tuesday nights.

What really cemented it was "The Prom".

I never saw most of season 1, 2 or 3 until we got the DVD's.

Happy Birthday Buffy. And really, my Buffy love is all Megan's fault.

Hey. New board.

Buffy vs. Dracula was the first episode I watched all the way through, because I was sick with mono, depressed over a girl, and wanted to watch something. Buffy Season 5 was on our campus network, so I started there.

I don't know what single thing hooked me, but that episode is filled with pretty humorous bits, which probably had a lot to do with it. And I'm a big fan of clever camp, which the episode has in spades. By the time Dawn appeared (which was more confusing than shocking, considering my Buffy virginity) there was no way I was going to stop watching. And by the end of that weekend (I watched all of Season 5 that weekend) it was my favorite show ever.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I happened to be home with the flu the night of the series premiere, and while I hadn't been wowed by the movie I thought it would make for an enjoyable night's brainless cheese watching.

Then the nervous born victim schoolgirl turned around in vamp face and Joss had me for life.

Cool, Buff's delivery of "That's no what I'm looking for" is very much like Xander's "That's not the way out".

Other way around, logically, I suppose.
