I tell you I have this theory. It goes where, you're the one who's not my sister. Cuz mom adopted you from a shoe box full of baby howler monkeys, and never told you cuz it could hurt your delicate baby feelings.

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

What is even happening?

For any of you erstwhile Bronzers who may not read our Press thread (yeah, Narrator, I'm looking at you), there is a reunion of sorts at the Beta, today. You should drive on by.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUFFY!!!!

The funny thing? I wasn't even watching Buffy when I went on that extra call.

Are you sure? That sounds unpossible to me.

Hush was in S4, but I started watching Buffy almost immediately upon arrival in Los Angeles, because Joe, Ted and Tom made me sit down and watch it. My first episode was Anne, the first episode of Season 3.

Or was that just something the guys watched? When did you start watching? Was it Hush, just to see your extra work?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

This makesme laugh because Joe says *he* started watching because of youse guys.

Anyway, if you remember, at the time, I was still working nights at the Gap and not home on Tuesday nights. I did see a few episodes here and there, but I didn't watch with any regularity.

Nope. Even missed "Hush" cause I was working. Didn't see it until summer reruns.

Aaahhh...the days of working 4 jobs so that I could pursue my acting career.

Pfft.

Oh yeah. Back when you were working at the Gap. Like I said, it sounded unpossible to me, but when I thought about it, I only remembered us guys watching it.

Also, that is pretty funny about Joe saying we got him into it. I'm guessing Ted and Tom got him into it. I'd say Ted & Tom snagged us both at the same time, but of course he was roommates with them for a while before I was even in the state, so I'm pretty sure *I* had nothing to do with getting him watching.

This is why I eventually switched to pursuing a career in crew (actually, I never really came out here to be an actor, I always wanted to direct). Tech people have a somewhat, ever so slightly easier time getting work than actors do. Every waiter in town isn't trying to become a key grip.

What is even happening?

My desire to mock got me to turn it on. Buffy, Angel and Faith got me to keep it on.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Happy birthday, Buffy! Thanks for everything.

I was hooked by Cordelia's "I see you've seen the softer side of Sears," so I've been with you for 10 years.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

For me it was Willow's

"I need to sit down."

Buffy: You are sitting down.

Willow: Oh. Go me!

I don't know why, but the construction just grabbed me and never let go.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I can't pin it down to one certain thing. I half-watched for a long time and then after a few eps, I was stuck. And I wasn't working at the Gap anymore, so I was home on Tuesday nights.

What really cemented it was "The Prom".

I never saw most of season 1, 2 or 3 until we got the DVD's.
