Leather pants on Fork Guy, another first. And aren't there a lot of homeless people for a town as small as SD is supposed to be?
.....
Anybody out there?
'Harm's Way'
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

This episode just breaks me for Buffy. Esp. when I think about how much more she has to lose.
It's true -- it's just one of the first in a long line.
Eww, that bug sandwich.
Poor biology teacher. And then Flutie's going to bite the big one. I liked Flutie.
I watched the other day of FX. I think this is a real defining ep for Xander . He does what he can to get out of a bad situation( trying to beat the mantis) but if had truely listened to the danger signals - he might have avoided things.
Sure, he just thinks that Buffy is jealous.
One of the things I missed - until this rewatch is that the science teacher is way more probuffy than Flutie. I sort of think that Flutie is willing to give her a chance, but this teacher actually believes she is capable.
Interesting with the martinis, given what we know later about his family....
Huh. Did she just un-shapeshift or did the Mickey cancel out the illusion? Doesn't really matter, but.....
I couldn't tell -- it's so dark.
I know -- remember in season three when she has to find teachers who will vouch for her? Precious few even remember her.
