Gunn: Well, how horrible is this thing? Lorne: I haven't read the Book of Revelations lately, but if I was searching for adjectives, I'd probably start there.

'Hell Bound'

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Aww, Giles with his first concussion.

Art Crawl!!!

I thought he was a bit frantic at the end. (Understandably so.)

And total lying to Buffy about that being his first spell. Tsk.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I think I was dumb to be surprised when I found out Giles had been into black magic as a teenager. That was a fairly authoritative spell casting, if you ask me.

Yeah, it was. I think that I suspected Giles had more hands-on magical experience when I first saw this episode.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The mom actress did a great job "doing" Amy, with the breathy voice and tentativeness.

She really did.

Ack! The black eyes of evil!

Creepy!

But the living eyes of the trophy? Even creepier.

Bwah! "Get your hands off of her." "But she's evil!" All of Xander's romantic relationships, summed up in that exchange.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I've been kibitzing the W&P while watching Nip/Tuck and I'm like, how can Buffy be over already, I'm still watching N/T? Then I remembered, no commercials.

Except for how awfully fake it looked.

How did she get in there, exactly?

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Every time there's a shot in Buffy's room, I look for Mr. Gordo.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I think I've done the Buffy perky at 2am , for no good reason.
