Right after I posted, they showed a Dawson's Creek ad... So I am hoping for at least one or two more.
Russell Winters couldn't fly. Who would have guessed? And Lindsey was just always hot. Which pretty much everyone guessed.
ACK, the Buffy call, I had forgotten about that.
Heh. We fans were so up in arms about that taped phone voice and the not-really-a-crossover crossover. Ah, if only we'd foreseen Buffy crossovers that involved only her stunt double's wig...
Okay, Buffy just got a promo/intro thing. I will have to go back and see if Angel got the same as it started a couple of minutes before I tuned in.

they don't seem to have show promos, which is the impression that I got, just old WB promos of various stars on the WB set. I think that you saw a Dawson's Creek promo because it's coming on later.

Yeah, I figured it out once they started showing them but I had really hoped for some old promos. Given that I have the dvds, it was *why* I watched. And the shows are repeated in order in syndication anyway so I would really just have to wait.

The promo in front of Buffy was definitely NOT the faux historical documentary of the activities of three former Slayers that started off the original premiere broadcast in 1997. Shame they didn't dig that one up.

Mostly, what I saw in way of old promos was a rehash of their faces campaign. Oh, and there were those ones where people were telling other people to watch out for the frog. I couldn't decide if those were old, new, or what, because as I realized last night, when Matt made his declaration in Natter, I have not watched a minute of the WB since Angel ended. I'd been silently boycotting for so long, I forgot it was a boycott.
Sorry! They don't seem to be showing it in SF. At least my TiVo doesn't think so.
But I want old promos too! WB had the best promos. Also there was contest going on when Amends aired that I have on that tape.
Grr. It wasn't your TiVo. They didn't show it in SF. They were just showing what to expect post-WB on that station. It's awful--I mean, it's even worse than what our former NBC affiliate is now shong. Aargh.
