You got all kinds of learnin' and you made me look the fool without tryin', and yet here I am with a gun to your head. That's 'cause I got people with me. People who trust each other, who do for each other, and ain't always lookin' for the advantage.

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Okay, things have been said but damn do I really love some of the shots they used early on.

Buffy in the crypt, checking for anyone and then Angel in the latticework was pretty...

Good freaking god, I wish that my friends who had watched Buffy from the beginning had been less ... creepifying? Because I would have loved the show. It's just that I didn't see it for a while.

Damn.

I am still a bit mournful.

What is even happening?

Heh. We fans were so up in arms about that taped phone voice and the not-really-a-crossover crossover. Ah, if only we'd foreseen Buffy crossovers that involved only her stunt double's wig...

There's not enough Word, in the world.

Good freaking god, I wish that my friends who had watched Buffy from the beginning had been less ... creepifying? Because I would have loved the show.

We're sorry.

Except for Dawson's Creek. I am watching that because I am a selfsadist apparently.

I watched it, even though I never watched it at the time. And? I want more. It's sort of having a bad fic effect on me.

I am not seeing old promos. Bastards. I was watching this live for a reason.

Mostly, what I saw in way of old promos was a rehash of their faces campaign. Oh, and there were those ones where people were telling other people to watch out for the frog. I couldn't decide if those were old, new, or what, because as I realized last night, when Matt made his declaration in Natter, I have not watched a minute of the WB since Angel ended. I'd been silently boycotting for so long, I forgot it was a boycott.

All this time, I thought Hunter was a bitch. Turns out she was just hungry.

Sorry! They don't seem to be showing it in SF. At least my TiVo doesn't think so.

But I want old promos too! WB had the best promos. Also there was contest going on when Amends aired that I have on that tape.

Grr. It wasn't your TiVo. They didn't show it in SF. They were just showing what to expect post-WB on that station. It's awful--I mean, it's even worse than what our former NBC affiliate is now shong. Aargh.

It wasn't Buffistas... Sadly. It was a friend who may or may not, depending on who you listen to, have contributed to his wife's suicide by making it more of a homicide. I obviously needed better friends. I could have watched Buffy from the beginning... It would have been lovely...

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I didn't watch Buffy from the start either. DH started watching it and I remember mocking him. A vampire slayer in love with a vampire who has a soul. Whatever.

Fast forward to now and he mocks me that I hang with Buffistas. I repeat my whatever.

Oh my word. That's horrible (either way).

I needed younger friends, so I could have found it in season 1, rather than season 3.

My niece (who's 23) is a Veronica Mars fan, which is kind of cool. She's the age I was (to nearly the day) when I met Scott (which is how I'm her aunt in the first place). She was about Julia's age then.
