Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
Someone on Grey's Anatomy bit off her rapist's penis. And if it's on TV, it must be true.
But no, it wasn't about biting off appendages, but about storing them once separated.

Couple of literary references to same. World According to Garp, of course, the incident-in-the-car-that-gets-rear-ended.
Shawshank Redemption handled it in a more interesting way. A new prisoner is threatened with rape. New Prisoner says, in effect, if you force me, I'll bite down. And if you kill me, my jaws will lock, and they may have to cut it off if they can't open my jaws. Let's just say Potential Rapist did not care to test that argument.
Oz had the biting off of the tip.

We were told to put it in milk.
I have in my hot little hands the complete Buffy season 1-7 set. WHO WANTS TO TOUCH ME?
as an aside, does anyone remember an article about this being released in the UK a while back in a leather-like box? Just my imagination?
::touches:: Oooh, shiny.
WHO WANTS TO TOUCH ME?

You just reminded me of a scene of primitive dentistry in the PRC, in the French-Chinese production, Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress. The village elder's returned from the dentist, who's extracted the wrong tooth, and while the tooth couldn't be saved, the drilling without anaesthesia of the correct tooth scene that followed was memorably squirm inducing.
