When the Mayor is talking shit about Buffy/Angel during the box-of-spiders-for-Willow swap: "Oh SHUT UP. This guy suuuuuuucks!"

I have a lot of love for S4 and beyond, but the Mayor was truly the pinnacle of the Big Bads.
