When the Mayor is talking shit about Buffy/Angel during the box-of-spiders-for-Willow swap: "Oh SHUT UP. This guy suuuuuuucks!"
Man, that scene is so good. "Raise your hand if you're invulnerable."
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

The mayor was such a brilliant villain
The Mayor is still my favorite Big Bad.
Hard to beat
I have a lot of love for S4 and beyond, but the Mayor was truly the pinnacle of the Big Bads.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa (class protector speech) aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Still so good. Every time I think this can't possibly make me cry again and then it does.
A continues to be a fan of B/A and did not appreciate me interrupting an emotional moment to respond "9pm! " after Buffy asks Angel where he's going to go when he leaves Sunnydale.

I appreciated the comment!
Kate, I love this literal Next Generation thing going on!
We wrapped up S3 last night. Not much to say other than it's still my favorite season finale. A observed that it would have worked as a series ending too, since it marks the end of the High School Is Hell metaphor.
Moments after commenting "this show has the best side characters," Larry was dead. RIP. (I pointed out when Harmony died too, because I'm all about the subtle foreshadowing.)
We'll probably take a bit of a break before kicking off S4/AtS S1 since it's tech week and rehearsals are running late every night.
