Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

The moment we have all been waiting for
Yessssssssssss
Reader, it was that bad.
Also:
A picked up on "no weapon forged" right away and began speculating if you could strangle the Judge with a rope, or use something sharp that's not usually a weapon, a la the cymbal beheading in The Harvest. It may or may not be relevant that they are in rehearsals for Clue at the moment. (Buffy, in the mall, with a rocket launcher.)
Drusilla remains, now and forever, my absolute favorite.
I was just telling a friend today about my Buffy board friend's kid's first time watching and how much fun it is to play along. Specifically mentioned looking forward to the Angelus reveal!
Sunnydale Clue is a fun idea! Some choice locations and weapons, although I’d be tempted to limit the “suspects” to actual Slayers…hm
(autocorrect wants to make that Sunnyvale. That would be a very different game. In my head it’s all automalls and ghosts of orchards, I’m sure that’s not accurate anymore)
Poor Jenny.
IOHEFY was a big hit (and deservedly so).
Watching S2 at this pace (as opposed to over weeks of broadcast time) really does hammer home the extreeeeeeeeeemely slow burn of the Angelus plotline. Three of the most legendarily evil vampires in American/European history and they mostly just sit at home staring bitchily at each other for like, WEEKS.
And that's a wrap on S2. Becoming Pt 2 is still such a marvelous gut punch. That final 15 minutes or so is just...gaaaaaaah. This show, you guys. It's still so good.
