I've been sort of idly watching. The William Hurt one was enjoyable, and I thought William H. Macy carried his episode along quite well. The others, eh. They've generally been a waste of good actors.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Ah, yes. I liked the William H Macy one too, but thought it petered out at the end. He did a good job with the two guys.
The actors are why I'm watching it. Idly is a good adverb.
Maybe it only works if you've got a guy named William in it.
I watched the Hurt one ("Battleground," I think?) and thought it was fun. Plus Brian Henson directed!
But the reviews I saw seemed to agree that after that one, the rest of the series was meh. And I wasn't familiar with any of other stories, so I didn't feel all that intrigued.
We have been too. Loved the William Hurt one, my son got a huge kick out of the end (I remember reading that one). I liked the William Macy one too, he did a good job with the "noir" dialog. The Tom Beringer one scared the crap outta both kids so I was sorta glad that the Last Quarter was so-so. I know that I've probably read them all, but trying to dredge them up from my memory is tough. I think that King is hard to translate to the screen sometimes because it's all in how you read it and see it in your mind, more than anything.
Quick! I spent the day arguing with a neo-con and listening to how great my friend's weekend with her BF was! Someone point me at some SG-1 and/or SGA crackfic!
Go go gadget hivemind!
Shalott posted an SGA story in which Rodney and John are Jedi knights. It's funny as hell. Her lj name is astolat.
That sounds like it would be extremely funny.
Watching Life on Mars last night, I thought that it would make a good pair musically with Supernatural.
Consuela, I just read that story the other day. I've only just started watching SGA, though I don't know why I was waiting. Sheppard = mmmguh.
I'd been mentally adding "And they have a plan" to the 4400's new pre-show montage thingy, but after last night's ep, I think I'ma have to stop, because I don't think they do.
Does someone want to tell me what the frell happened with Kevin? Was he faking being sick, or did Isabelle's promeicin make him better? And why exactly should I care? Is any of this going anywhere? Did everyone else already give up on this show weeks ago?
