A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
It takes talent to type "summer" when you meant to type "January" - yeah?
Well, not typo so much as "error". From what I understand, The Dresden Files TV-movie was meant to be a summer thing. When Sci-Fi decided to pick it up for 12 episodes with the movie as the pilot, they pushed everything back to January to give them time to write and film the other 11 episodes so they could show everything back-to-back.
I don't know if filming has even started on the 11 regular episodes yet. I know Robert Wolfe posted in June that they were investigating the feasibility of actually filming the series in Chicago instead of Toronto (where the movie was filmed) but then posted again about a week later that it would be too expensive, but they were hoping to find room in the budget to film for a week or two in Chicago for some establishing shots.
It might be whoever wrote the article was still working from the original "movie" schedule instead of the updated series broadcast schedule. (Or maybe there's a lot of smoke and mirrors going on and we really are getting the series months earlier than expected. Which would be cool.)
I wonder if the BSG teaser will show up on the Pulse site soon?
Pfeh. I'm going shopping after work and forgot to set the Tivo. Well, they'll repeat Eureka, right?
At 12:05, yes. Unless you need a showing later. In which case, the schedulebot can help [link] .
just checked the tivo, and there are too many repeats to list! tonight at midnight, thurs at 7 for starters. oh, EST
doing a watch 'n post with the treo. not bad! oh, and there's shirtless Colin, yum!
So the climax of the episode happened just as a really wicked thunderstorm cell hit my neighborhood. Talk about special effects.
eta: Ooh! Hail!
Talk about special effects.
Heh.
I have it on in the background, but I'm not really watching because I came in on it late. I'm going to watch for real via tape.
The gay male contingent of the conversation offered the possible explanation "Because he's fucking gorgeous!" and we all agreed that that sounded like a very good reason indeed.)
Well, yes. So is John Barrowman, who I hope at least gets
mentioned
in that article. Cause, you know. Gay off- and onscreen.
