Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Colin does not look like he's been punched in the face!

Man, I'm really responding to the core of these articles, aren't I?

Welcome back to the land of the conveniently computered, JenP!

Thank you! It makes me so happy. Colin totally doesn't look like he's been punched the face.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Okay, I thought that the Dresden Files were premiering in January. But this story says "this summer."

The assessment on the Jim Butcher forums is it's a typo, but it's all conjecture at this point, as nothing has been said by anyone in the know yet.

(ETA context)

Art Crawl!!!

It takes talent to type "summer" when you meant to type "January" - yeah?

Well, not typo so much as "error". From what I understand, The Dresden Files TV-movie was meant to be a summer thing. When Sci-Fi decided to pick it up for 12 episodes with the movie as the pilot, they pushed everything back to January to give them time to write and film the other 11 episodes so they could show everything back-to-back.

I don't know if filming has even started on the 11 regular episodes yet. I know Robert Wolfe posted in June that they were investigating the feasibility of actually filming the series in Chicago instead of Toronto (where the movie was filmed) but then posted again about a week later that it would be too expensive, but they were hoping to find room in the budget to film for a week or two in Chicago for some establishing shots.

It might be whoever wrote the article was still working from the original "movie" schedule instead of the updated series broadcast schedule. (Or maybe there's a lot of smoke and mirrors going on and we really are getting the series months earlier than expected. Which would be cool.)

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

At 12:05, yes. Unless you need a showing later. In which case, the schedulebot can help [link] .

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

It's really good.
