Ever notice that nurses are almost entirely absent from the House 'verse?
Also, 24 should be consider SF just on the strength of Jack's ability to maneuver around LA during rush hours. At least this season with the curfew, there's a reason that he might be able to get somewhere fast.

They've been doing that all along, if memory serves.
CSI started out at least having a cop in the same room and mostly running the interrogations with the Grissom, Kat, whoever present and asking questions but not really running the show. The last few times I watched it was just the CSIs.
