Yup. I have yet to watch any of S2, but I have tapes, oh yes I do, thanks to my wonderful tape fairy.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Appropos of nothing, I just watched last Thursday's Tru Calling "season premiere." I'm not saying this show was amazing, and I wasn't crying when it got cancelled, but it was lots better than awful. Faith spinoff chances aside, I wish they were making more of these.
Yeah, I'm really behind on Season 2 Carnivale. Only about halfway through the season.
Glad I have it on tape, too, so I can look for a certain friend of mine among the background artists.
Wolfram -- I agree. It was entertaining -- much more so than I had remembered.
I just watched that yesterday, Wolfram. Tru Calling is pretty much my ideal show to exercise to - it's entertaining enough to keep my mind off teh actual exercise, but not so compelling that I want to rewind to catch dialog I missed, etc.
So didn't any Buffistas watch Carnivále?
Me and JZ. But just S1 so far since we're going by DVD sets.

You'll never see him. I barely could and I knew where to look.

I was wondering if it was going to be a "behind a horse" thing again.
I have yet to watch any of S2...
I downloaded all the eps b/c I couldn't wait until the end of the year for the ABC to screen it downunder. We saw the season 1 finale about a week before season 2 debuted on US television, so I downloaded and watched the first ep straight away to see who survived the fire. I finally grabbed s2e12 the other day and sat down to watch them all over the last two days. My only criticism of season 2 is that they seemed to focus too much attention on the stripper family. It kinda felt like the producers thought there needed to be more titty to attract more viewers and that was slightly disappointing. There were a few predictable moments in the season but that didn't make them any less entertaining. I liked how they answered all the questions raised in the first season, yet managed to find a cliffhanger that ensures season 3 will be just as interesting as what went before.
eta: b/c it's a tv show not a movie

I really didn't like it. The whole Evil Leaper
Day ReLiver thing is kind of annoying. Needless conflict, I say. but, it is interesting with the Dad backstory. I think that part of the reason I don't like it is because Jason Priestly is so damn smarmy. I think that it could be more interesting with a counterpart that was a more sympathetic character.
