Doesn't winter seem more like archiving season?

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

too scary for a 10 year old?

Definitely the "The Empty Child"/"The Doctor Dances" would be. I mean, I was well and thoroughly creeped out by those. Loved them as eps (probably my favorites), but... creeeepeeeee. And I would think especially for a kid since it's the kid in the show that's the creepiest .

Thanks you guys. The kid will be sad but he'll understand. He still can't watch Hush all the way though because the The Gentlemen scare him (he's good with the exploding heads though - go figure) I think I'll move the season pass to the Tivo in our bedroom just to be on the safe side.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

The cat's out of the bag now, but I did want to mention that when I first saw "The Empty Child," I had no idea it was the first of a two-parter. So the cliffhanger ending blindsided me; it was great.

Yeah, if I'm playing too fast and loose with titles and such, someone just yell.

If I only had a brain...

Go ahead and whitefont that, JenP: I agree, it was fun getting blindsided by the cliffhanger ending.

Done. Except now P-C needs to put the cat back in the bag. Even though I let it out.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I bagged his cat for him.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Oh, great, now I have the voice of Gunther in my head saying, "Put the mouse back in the house, pal. This is a family establishment."

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I just watched the first two new Doctor Whos. I love it! This is exactly the sort of thing I like best: realistic, believable human reactions in completely unrealistic unbelievable situations. And it gets better from here? I'm in.

Also, only the first season of IMan is out on DVD, and only in Region 2. I don't understand it; it was a popular show.
