A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I saw that elsewhere people were pimping BSG to Cindy... I'm not sure if our tastes are still in as perfect alignment as they seemed to be a couple years back, but for what it's worth the show has failed to captivate me on an emotional level despite being obviously well-made. It really only holds my attention if I hear Mary McDonnell's voice while puttering around the house after the Stargates.

Does anyone know if David Bamber, who played Mr. Collins in the BBC/A&E Pride and Prejudice, is related to Jamie Bamber? I was just reading a review of P&P and came across his name, and was curious.

Art Crawl!!!

I think that he is not. (I seem to remember this coming up on A&E's Hornblower forum at some point.)

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Whoo. I feel like a dutiful son. My dad watched Dr. Who on PBS all the time when I was kid (though I was rarely allowed to stay up that late, so I only have vague memories of it) so I dropped him a line to see if he knew about Sci-Fi airing the new ones tomorrow night. He hadn't, but now he knows to watch.
